Toshiba Adds New Productivity Tools to UCedge App

The Toshiba UCedge client is an award-winning, all-in-one application that addresses several business needs. This latest release of software includes the following major enhancements:

  • Enables ACD Agents and Supervisors to log in to the ACD remotely using their cell phones, tablets or PCs using UCedge.
  • Enables Supervisors to use Contact Center features from the UCedge client.
  • UCedge for Windows and Mac computers supports the built-in softphone so that the user can take advantage of the Toshiba IP telephone’s advanced features.

UCedge Essentials supports the basic operations and includes a free-of-charge license for each user on the system, which can be upgraded to UCedge Advanced License for a fee.
