Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product for any cause during the first 30 days from the cutover date, we will refund your purchase price, less the sale price of any non-recoverable items, such as cable, wire and jacks.

Obsolescence Guarantee

You can trade in equipment purchased from CTS for one of our newer systems. We even guarantee the trade-in price on the equipment if it was maintained by us.

Continuity Guarantee

Your maintenance contract will never be canceled by us for any reason other than non-payment.

Maintenance Response Guarantee

  • Emergency – For systems under Warranty or covered by your Maintenance Agreement, we will respond to an emergency situation within 4 hours, or you will receive a credit on your account.
  • Non-emergency – For systems under Warranty or covered by your Maintenance Agreement, we will respond to a non-emergency situation within 48 hours during business days, or you will receive a credit on your account.
  • Moves, Adds or Changes – For systems under Warranty or covered by your Maintenance Agreement, we will complete any request for Moves, Adds or Changes requiring 4 hours or less of labor* within 5 business days, subject to equipment availability, or you will receive a credit on your account. [*All other requests will be treated as projects with negotiated due dates.]
  • Remote Service – We will respond by the 3rd business day from your request.
  • Vendor Coordination Meeting – We will respond by the 2nd business day from your request as long as the vendor can meet the same schedule.
