BAE Systems contracted with CTS to merge multiple DC-area job sites into a 4-floor Arlington, VA space networked to support 800 people.

CMD Outsourcing continues to grow. New clients and big contracts meant more people. CTS built out CMD’s server room and cabled their expanded space to support 80 call center agents. Call Recording and Call Center Management tools enable CMD to offer outstanding service levels.

Cisco IP Phones bought at an online store wouldn’t work with a Hosted Voice Provider, so an Annapolis firm called us in. CTS engineers tested the phones and customized a Mitel 3300 CX so the firm could use the Cisco phones with the features they needed. It took some expert coding, but our new customer is delighted with the creative and cost effective solution.

DC-based Whitman-Walker Clinic signed on with Chesapeake to upgrade their network and deploy over 200 IP phones.

During spring break, Chesapeake deployed a Mitel 3300 IP phone system across 2 campuses for Harford Community College in Bel Air, MD. The project included numerous voice applications and over 700 phones.
